🌞 Before Your Infrared Sauna Session

Hydrate well before entering — drink plenty of water to support sweating and detoxification.
Take a quick shower to remove lotions, perfumes, and oils for better infrared absorption.
Wear light, breathable clothing or use a towel wrap inside the sauna.
Begin with short sessions (10–15 minutes) if you’re new, and gradually increase as tolerated.
Relax and focus on slow, steady breathing throughout your session.
Inform staff if you have any cardiovascular conditions, low blood pressure, or are pregnant.
🚫 Don’t
Do not enter immediately after a heavy meal, alcohol, or intense workout.
Avoid applying lotions or body oils before your session — they can block sweat glands.
Do not stay in longer than your comfort level — typically 20–40 minutes is sufficient.
Refrain from using mobile devices or reading inside the sauna.
Do not continue if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or overheated — exit and cool down immediately.
